At The Xgroove, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns (Physical Products)

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Flashcard System – Additional Conditions

Due to the educational nature of our flashcard products, the following conditions apply:

  • All flashcards must be complete, undamaged, and unmarked

  • The original storage case must be included

  • Sets with missing, bent, written-on, or altered cards are not eligible for return

  • Excessive use or abuse of the product voids eligibility for a refund

If a returned flashcard set does not meet these conditions, a refund may be denied or partially issued.

Digital Products & Online Content

All digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Digital lesson materials

  • Online courses

  • Memberships or subscriptions

Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases or unresolved technical issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including return shipping if required)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
