The XGROOVE Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Refund Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Drum lesson time slots are reserved specifically for each student. To maintain a consistent schedule for all students, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time will result in a forfeited lesson.
Reserved Time Slots & Consistency
Weekly lesson times are held for students who attend consistently. Due to high demand—especially for evenings and weekends—frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in the loss of a reserved time slot and a move to a different day or time.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly by phone or text. This allows us to manage scheduling efficiently and offer available times where possible.
Late Arrivals
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late (30-minute lessons) or 15 minutes late (45–60 minute lessons) may need to be rescheduled.
Missed lesson time due to late arrival is not extended or refunded.
No-Shows
A no-show (missing a lesson without notice) will result in a forfeited lesson.
